Default Analyze my Leakdown results

91 Integra. new head gasket, new timing belt, compression test yeilded terrible results.

#1 = 120psi
#2 = 30psi
#3 = 20psi
#4 = 30psi

I performed a leakdown test (compressed air into the cyclindar to expose leak) with all spark plugs removed. with each cylindar at its' TDC:

#1 = little air out of #2
#2 = air out of #1 and #4
#3 = air out of #4
#4 = air out of #2

All the air comes out of the neighboring spark plug sockets. None of the cylindars leaked air into the coolant as the level did not rise nor did I see any bubbles so I think its safe to assume the head gasket is good. Nor did any air ever leak out of hte dip stick meaning no air is leaking past the rings.

Would this likely indicate bad valve timing? I couldnt distinguish if I heard hissing in the exhaust manifold or intake manifold, but it sounded louder over the intake manifold. But most of the air was blowing out the neighboring cylindars. If one of the cams were off 1 tooth, could it leak this much? and cause nearly zero compression?
