Default Blown headgasket or something else?

I finally got around to doing a full leakdown test on my motor last night. I have been suspect of a few things since my car hasn't run the same at the track lately.
Here is what I found:

First, my compression tests:
#1-225, #2-210, #3-220, #4-225

Leakdown:
#1 - 5% -slight air from crankcase and intake
#2 - 12% - air from #1 spark plug hole, and intake
#3 - 5% - slight air from crankcase and intake
#4 - 8% - slight air from #3 spark plug hole, slight intake and crankcase

From what I understand, the air escaping from the crankcase is fairly normal. The air is escaping from the rings, but it isn't very much.
The air from the intake kinda worries me, but it isn't that much I guess, that may be a valve lash issue, not sure though.
#2 and #4, If the air is leaking from an adjacent cylinder, it usually means a headgasket. But, air is coming out of the intake as well. I am thinking it may be due to the intake valves being open on the #1 cylinder as #2 is being filled. The same goes for #4. I forgot to check the exhaust on #4 though.

So, what do you guys think? I have narrowed it down to 2 things, either a headgasket (which was suspect since it was installed and was somewhat misshaped) or valves. If it is valves, what part of them? Any input helps, thanks..

I was thinking about it, it seems to me more like intake valves since #1 does leak into #2. What could be wrong with them? Bent?

No oil in my coolant. I was consuming a little bit of oil before, but I think that may be due to the Mobil 1 I was using. The valvetrain doesn't sound overly loud either. I am leaning towards valves again. The #4 cylinder does a similar thing as well. Air comes out of #3 slightly. I'm thinking I may have bent some valves or something else?

Ok, I haven't done anything to the car so far. But out of curiosity, I did another compression check. The numbers were almost identical to the first set. 225, 212, 220, 225

Well, I added a bit of oil to try to isolate the problem. I added a few drops of oil into each cylinder and this is what happened. 235, 215, 230, 235
I know its normal for compression to come up slightly when you add oil since the rings will lose a little bit of compression over time. But looking at my problem cylinder (#2), the numbers only went up by 3 psi where all the rest came up by 10psi.

This leads me to believe that its still either something wrong with my valves(bent or seals) or a leak in he head gasket somewhere. I am planning on pulling the head in the next couple of weeks and seeing where my problems exactly lie. My question is, is there anyway to isolate the problem while the head is still on the car? I am leaning more towards a valve problem.

I have 65,000 miles on the head, but the valves were relapped at 30,000 miles. My idle is ok, but it doesn't seem to smoke on initial startup. The only time it does smoke is when I'm full throttle and in the upper RPMs. The smoke kinda looks greyish white, which is normally rings, but the rings are set from my test. I'm really frustrated now, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
