Default Alternator Question

I got an h22a.
The alternator bearings are going out, sometimes I hear a pretty nasty rubbing sound that fluctuates with engine speed. I spray a little lubricant near the pulley it goes away. Great there is the problem.

Now I have been advised that a f22 alternator is the same, with a different pulley.
Can anyone verify this?
If I buy an f22 alternator, will it bolt right up?

Thanks for yur time!

I don't think the distributor is different at all externally.. The Vtec one has higher output I think.
