Default all b-series bearings the same

I was wondering if the b-series bearings were all the same or better said, interchangeable; also what about piston rings. For example, is a Honda green main bearing for a 1995 b18b the same as a Honda green bearing for a 2000 b20z. The reason I wanted to know this is because I buy my Honda/Acura parts online from Majestic Honda. Certain cars seem to have cheaper prices and I was wondering maybe it was because the bearings are a little bit different. I have seen on these forums that gsr bearings or maybe any vtec bearings are different than non-vtec but I am basically comparing the B20 bearings to the Integra ls bearings. Also what about piston rings. I can get delsol DOHC vtec rings for cheaper than what the site lists for a 95 ls motor. Are they the same rings? I am talking standard size since the b16 shares the same bore size as the ls motor.
