Point your wheel straight
find the tie rods, loosen the jam nut.. and turn the tie rod to make it longer or shorter to turn your wheel in or out.
the way to tell which way to turn it is to take a long string.. or extension cord or something, have a friend hold it across the middle of the back tire.. and hold the string against the middle of the front tire..

gap in the front of front tire .........turn out

gap in the rear of the front tire ....turn in

or for $30 take it to an alignment shop for a front end alignment

|<----string

or you could grease your tires

speaking of grease.. did you lube the bushings? and ball joints?
