Default air conditioner help

ok I have a 94 accord. I just recharged my air. I thought i was low on freon but this wasnt it. The problem is it gets cold at night and gets a little colder while driving. when im at idle or in the heat it stays warm. I was looking at my fans and the fan on the passanger side spins like half the speed as the other one, it feels like it barely blows air. could this be the problem or is it something else. PLease help this florida heat is killing me...

Is your air cold at highway speeds? If it does get cold, then yes, it is your faulty condensor fan giving you the problems.

No fan at idle will cause your high side pressure to rise above 400 psi. Your high pressure switch will shut down the compressor and you get warm air...

The condenser fan is the one on the driver's side. If that doesn't remedy the problem, try spraying the condenser with water and see if the air gets cold, you could have a faulty condenser, too.
