Default Are AEM fuel rails worth doing??

I've just checked my fuel pressure on my B16a and it is only 30 psi. I have a Bosch 911 turbo fuel pump but a stock fuel rail.
I want to run a remote FPR so I need to know is it worth changing the fuel rail or should I just adapt the remote regulator to the standard rail.
I am only going to run NA but I plan on having a "decent" amount of power
Anyone????

i had an AEM fuel rail and AEM fuel pressure regulator on mine. the only thing i noticed was a little better gas milage. but i had to remove the fpr because of a fuel leak between the two. the gasket that goes between the two wouldn't work. i went through three of the gaskets, all from AEM, and none worked. so i just put the stock fpr back on. be sure to get a deal on the parts. thats the only reason i bought them. got the rail for $75 and the regulator for $120. both were new. just in the right place at the right time. my opinion...i wouldn't buy them again, unless i wanted the look of a shiny, colored part.
