AEM Fuel Rail Tuning
i have just installed an AEM Fuel Rail + FPR on my JDM ITR. I know its not really necessary for the stock motor but i had one lying around
The problem I have is that when decelarating from high revs i get a popping sound from the motor/or injectors? is this detonation? Does it have to be tuned in any way? i though the fuel rail was a bolt on.
I have varied the pressure from 40 to 60 psi. still the same. I have seen that AEM has dampners for their fuel rails as option - is this required? Not sure whats going on.

are you sure it's not a backfire. sometimes my jdm b18c does this.
I used to think it was detonation, but then figured out it was just backfiring.
Now that I have a wideband O2 and i was able to regulate my fuel pressure even more accurratly, it has gone almost completly, only when i'm getting off the throttle at 8500+ now, intermittantly, but i can see i'm running rich, thus causing a backfire.
