AEM CAI PROBLEM
I posted this thread on the Civic forum but was getting no reply... so... here goes:
I recently put a AEM CAI on my automatic 00 civic ex. On the OE intake, there were 1) the plug sensor, 2) hose from crankcase, and 3) hose to cool tranny/coolant? I'm not really sure so let's leave it as "unknown". The AEM unit had a place for the sensor plug and one outlet. As of currently, I'm running the 3) unknown hose into that outlet, and running a Weapon R breather on my crankcase. I would like to run the crankcase to the intake, but I don't know what to do about the 3) unknown hose then? What is that unknown hose anyway? I'm guessing it's to cool my automatic tranny, like air leading to coolant, or something. Well, any help would be appreciated, I just need to attach the crankcase to the intake to pass the visual smog check in CA (not that I'd have to worry about it until 2004, but still =]).
I drive a 2000 civic ex, hope somebody here can help me out =/

OH i figured out the problem, and it's because I'm using a 96-98 intake on my 00 civic. The 96-98 ex's have one hole on the intake but 99-00 have two holes... But yeah, I don't know how to fix it, I've just found someone who might trade, but other than that, what options do I have? Can a shop drill a hole in my intake? sigh
