We're puttin in my h22 into my civic, and i was advised to get a Lightened Flywheel. I AM gettin a SPEC Stage 1 clutch, but i'm not sure about the flywheel. Obviously it'll be a lot easier to put it in with the motor already out, and I can get it new and installed for $190. Is that a good deal?

Also, what is a lightened flywheel really gonna improve? Do i really need it?
