I've got a 99 civic ex SOHC, and I was wondering, if it is possible, is there a place on the engine where you can adjust how your car Idles? Please help me... thank you.

There should be an idle screw on the throttle body, pretty sure the top, tighten to raise, loosen to lower....if that doesn't work, adjust the throttle cable.

should be right next to the opening on the tb. Might be covered by a little plastic/rubber plug.

no no it's the other way around; loosen to raise the the idle, tighten to lower the idle. check the helms manual I'm 100% sure.

Never ever adjust the idle by tightening the throttle cable. You'll open a VERY fat can of worms if you do.

You should adjust the screw on the top of the tb? how will that change the idle? When my car is cold it idles at 1500 rpm and then once is get warms up it idles at very low rps like around 200. Should i loosen the screw a little? Some people told me that my tb could be dirty that is why it idles low?

my car is the same with the idle- 1500 when cold and real low when its warm. ever since i installed my header last week the idle dips real bad (tach needle moves between the little idle line right above zero and the zero line)and it almost feels like its gonna stall but it doesnt. usually happens when im at idle for a minute or 2 and then turn my steering wheel or something...im gonna mess with the idle screw tomorrow and see if i can help it out any.
