Default caster affecting camber

does anyone know if having a negative caster could affect camber while the car is at a dead stop? for example, one side has normal positive caster with -2 camber and one side has negative caster (-1) and -1 camber.

Caster angle influences camber gain - the change in camber angle as the wheels are steered - but doesn't affect camber in the static, straight-forward condition.

The fact that things are that asymmetrical on a car that I assume doesn't have camber plates or something(?) suggests that o-man is right about something being bent.
