Default Adjust Idle with Blox Throttle Body

Hey, i've got a 97 Civic hatch with a B16a and soon I will have to get a Two Speed Idle e-test done. My car idles high at around 1500rpm and it has ever since I got it last year. To do the e-test the it has to idle under 1250rpm. The car has a Blox throttle body with no idle adjustment, how can I adjust my idle RPM to 1250 or below?

How does your tb not have idle adjustment screw? It may be in another location. Take a pic.

Thanks, I will take a look in the daytime and see if I can figure it out. That Blox page doesn't mention anything about pulling the IACV and resetting the ecu, do I still have to do that?

I was looking for where the stock adjustment screw was, I thought I had heard something about blox throttle bodies not having the idle adjustment screw.

Junk it and get a decent tb, if you want an aftermarket one. If the b16 is stock, you wouldnt see gains anyway.

Im not really into trading online, I will try finding the throttle body and airbox locally, I've still got some time before I have to get the e-test anyway.

An e-test is an emission test we have here in Ontario Canada, it has to be done every 2 years and its to make sure vehicles are not polluting the environment too much.
IMO it is just a cash grab for the government
