I have to add oil to my D16Z6 (115k) engine almost every week, not a lot but theres always some missing. I have around 150psi of comp all around. I talked to a few guys who have newer and known perfect honda engines and they told me they happen to do the same thing and they thought it was cause of beating the engine to 7k rpm everyday.

What is it? im using 20-50w oil (BP) and I want to go to 10w30 but If 20w50 dissapears then can I use a lighter oil?

 

yes u can use the 10w30, use... Valvoline's MAXLIFE it actually works really good for my G/F's DSM it worx great compared to what she was using!
