accord reving problems

accord reving problems

I have a 1997 honda accord special edition. The revs only go up to 5000 rpm and just stops somethimes it will only go up to 4500. That problem is not letting the car reach its vtec

. What could be the problem?

someone has told me that the reason it bogs is because my injectors might be cloged but im not sure

any check engine lights? oil is full?
