Default Accident, Now Engine Troubles

I was recently in a front-end collision. Now my 1999 Civic is running poorly. First, the check engone light is on. The codes are:

41 Primary oxygen sensor heater
65 Secondary oxygen sensor heater
P1298 Electric Load Detector (ELD) Circuit High Voltage
P1753 Problem in Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Valve Circuit
P1768 Problem in Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid Valve B Circuit

After closer inspection there is a wire cut on the first 02 sensor. Could this be causing the O2 sensor faults?

Also the cooling fans on the radiator and AC do not turn on.

Any advice on what can be causing these problems would be greatly. I am trying to do the repairs myself, without collision insurance an auto body shop is a pricey option I want to avoid. Thanks in advance for any help.

Any wires that are exposed from their jackets ( slice in the casing), cut, or disconected will cause the associated sensor to complain. try to find the location of each of these sensors and examine their condition anf the wires leading to them. It sounds like a pretty bad crash if it were capable of causing all of this electrical damage. Is the whole front end crushed or is it driveable.

The impact was at ~10 mph but it was with a truck w/ a large steel bumper. All the force got transfered into my hood whcih pushed it and the raditor support back against the engine.
The car runs but the idol is rhtymic, the revs will rise and fall. Also the troque convertor is stuck in overdrive.
I have been able to find some information on line and am going to try to repair it myself, as much as I can.

Thanks for the reply.
