Hey, I have A 93 Prelude, and its been sitting in my garage for three years getting a engine swap.I finally finished.Heres the problem when i start driving after 2 or 3 min later the abs light comes on and it dont go off till i turn the car off. I also noticed when the car is off the brakes are locked. I noticed cause its hard to push when its on neutral i also could hear the brakes rubbing.Does anybody know why its doing this and a solution
