My ABS light is on at all times unless it rains in which the light goes off. The code is for a right rear wheel speed sensor. When the light goes out, ABS seems to prematurely activate as I come to a stop as I feel the brake pedal sink along with that horrendous noise as if ABS were kicking in.

Any ideas?
