a6 head vs y8 head on a d15b2 ????

a6 head vs y8 head on a d15b2 ????
both heads will be PnP, have ported matched im, tb, cams, springs, etc. (head-package) Which one would produce more power?
I know with y8 head i will have to get a vtec controller.
If I can achieve the same power with the A6 head I'll just go with that one.
