I recently did a swap in my buddys 99 SIR
We put a obd1 b16 swap in.

it runs now... works good, but when it came up to temp, it started to dump coolant

its not comin from anywheres near the motor, but its comin from a little drain under the car... pretty much inline with the cat... i was thinkin it was comin from the heater core inside the dash, its right below the dash...

We took the AC compressor and some of the lines off the car... but not fully out, so i suspect it has to do with the coolant going into the dash for the AC...

im confused...

how should i tackle this?

Is the heater hose from the engine to the heater core still hooked up? Or did you guys reroute/recirculate it?

someone mentioned it could be a busted heater core..
