A friend of mine has a 99 si and it's throwing CEL 14 which is the Idle Air control valve.The valve was just replaced with a brand new from Honda and the ecu has been reset.It dosen't throw a code right off but after driving for a little while it throws the code again.Could there be a problem some where in the wiring harness?
