99 Civic with GSR. running Civic ECU...

got a 99 civic ex with GSR b18 engine and tranny. running on civic ecu. what ECU SHOULD I have? need different harness ? told its not running to full potential. bought this way. getting into Honda game

You will need a '96-98 P72 ECU and an OBD-2B -> OBD-2A ECU adapter harness to plug it in.
