Default 99 Accord Front/Rear Camber

I got a 99 Accord 4 door. Current I can only find camber adjusters that adjust up to three quarters of a degree on the front. I found 3 degrees adjusters for the rear. Anyone know of a good adjuster for the front of these cars? I just bought the car a week ago and it needs tires but they are about $200 a piece, 18"s, need to align before replacing.

I've found Ingalls perfomance suspension has front adjusters, just wandering and stories good/bad about their products now. And if any other know adjusters for front/rear camber adjustment.

Specialty products has what looks like an upper bar replacement for rear camber, while Ingalls looks like both lower bars are replaced, which way is better and why. I'm thinking adjusting the bottom is better cause the top of my tire will move less and the tire is close to fender as is.
