Default 98 Passport Cylinder Head

It appaears one of my Cylinder Head "Tubes" has water in it from the radiator leaking. I'm thinking this is either because I have a cracked Head, or there is a "o" ring that has been "damaged" or came loose.

I have taken my the top of the head off, however, I'm unsure how to remove the "tube" if at all possible.

Does anyone have any ideas to either removing the "tubes" or what my problem is?!

Is there a tool that I need to take the head apart?!?!

What "tube" are you talking about?
