Have a 98 civic ex that the trans was swapped from auto to manual. Replaced the ecu to a 96 civic ex ecu and the new ecu trips codes for the iacv / valve circuit falure. The motor idles and bounces between 1000 and 2000 with the ac off. When your turn the ac on it idles smooth at about 1500. Can any one help me with what is going on. I have already tried the wiring harness swap with the ecu but still kept the 3 pin iacv connector but removed the orange wire from it.
