Default 96 Integra Wiring Issue

I have a wierd issue and maybe someone could help. I have tried searching before I posted and came across a few similar issues but no resolutions posted.

Fisrt I recently turned on the front and rear wipers and and washer fluid squirters and blew the 20A fuse under the kick pannel. I replaced this fuse with a bussman 20a fuse. Afterwards I noticed that the the "door open" dash light stays on, as well as the "seatbelt" light. When I plug the seatbelt in the "door open" light goes out and the seatbelt light stays lit. I turned the wipers on again and when I tried to spray the rear washer fluid they died and now will not come back on and the fuse is NOT blown this time. I am not great with wiring so any starters would be appreciated. I tested all fuses on the car with a fuse tester and they check out ok.

Relay? If so which one and location would be great

Thanks
Mike

First thing I would check is the "Integrated Control Unit", there is no wiper relay, other then the "Intermittent Wiper Relay Circuit" in the ICU.

I would first check for power on the green/black lead going to the "Combination Wiper Switch". 94
