Default 96 integra ebrake help

no matter where i adjust my ebrake it never holds the car on a hill, is there an adjustment at rear wheels b/c ive been adjusting it in the car. any help would be apreciated this really needs to be fixed

you shouldn't rely on the e-brake by itself to keep the car from moving... ESPECIALLY if it is on a hill like you mentioned. I'd throw the car in first of reverse gear and that should keep it from moving...

how loose is the e-brake. It should help, but it shouldn't be completely loose either. As for fixing your problem mechanically.. i have no idea.
