96 integra ebrake help

no mater how i adjust my ebrake it never holds my car on a hill is there a way to adjust it at the wheels or wat ? please help

Can you be a little more specific?

You mean if you pull your ebrake your call still rolls back? Or do you mean its not clicking? Does it still roll back when you put it in first?
