Hey guys I have a 96 integra with a b20 swap and my ac started acting wierd last week. When you turn the blower on yhe car idles up but the compressor fan nor the clutch on the compressor kick on. The cooling fan is working fine. Any advice? I can spin the clutch on the compressor by hand and it has a little friction so I dont think it is froze up

 

Your car is commanding it on but for whatever reason your wiring is not correct to engage the fan or the clutch. Your situation is not factory, so only you alone can diagnose it.
