96 d16 block on 93 d15 head...problems?

96 d16 block on 93 d15 head...problems?
My friends, friends cars rings are gone. I want to get rid of my old d16 block(good condintion with 55k), and his friend is in need of one badly.
What should we do to use the 1.6 block in place of a 1.5? Get the timing belt for a 1.6?
Any other issues?
