It depends on what transmission it is, and whether the car that its going into is an automatic.

Those are both F-series motors right?

I would think that it would bolt right up then. I mean, any b-series tranny will bolt up to any b-series block. I don't see why these would be any different?

i know it will bolt up to the motor, not sure if it will mount to the car

I dunno, try taking off the mounts on the tranny, and seeing how they line up on the new tranny mounts?
