Default 95 Integra wiring need help

Hello everybody I have a 1995 Acura Integra with some wiring issues when you turn the head lights on the cruise control stops working and the brake lights are on bright as if I'm pressing the pedal when you press in the brake pedal the brake lights don't get any brighter also when you shut the headlights off everything works as normal what is going on?'k so I took it upon myself to hotwire the headlights into the blower to motor relay which kept my headlights on when the key was turned on and kept my cruse working but when I hotwired the tail lights so they would come on then the cruise quit working again I'm at a loss for words someone please help me

Hello,
You're dealing with a grounding problem. Check for any weak ground screw and any poor condition cable.
