I recently bought one for about 800 dollars. I got the car checked out by a mechanic and he said that the front axle was wobbly and so were the engine mounts. I don't exactly have the means to get the car repaired and he quote me for at least a thousand dollars. btw, its an automatic.

 

Just repair it yourself..those are two pretty easy tasks

 

fix it yourself but either way the car is worth more running than parted out, also the quote sounds real high

If your budget is tight, maybe a trip to your local PicknPull is the way to go.

As mentioned, motor mounts and axels are not that hard to do yourself. 94

u can easily sell the car for over twice as much if u fix it
find some oem motor mounts on craigies for like 50 bucks if u cant find any at pic n pull
axels are easy to come by and shouldnt cost more than a 100 bucks
