When does the fuse blow, as soon as you install it, when you turn on the ign. or when you use the brake or horn?
What MM&Y of car did the fuse boxes and floor harness come out of?
When you say, "My brake lights don't work" and "Somehow the brake light wire is" getting direct power" does that mean they stay on all the time? 94

Re: 95 integra gsr electrical problem need help asap
My car is a 95 integra gsr it had the usdm front and I had no electrical issues at the time . Since installing the Jdm itr front end I noticed that my brake lights don't turn on when braking . My taillights work and everything else works fine . The fuse pops even if I don't engage the brake pedal. The fuse boxes got replaced and the new fuse boxes came from another 95 integra gsr . It seems like there's direct power going to the ( brake / horn harness) wire . Every socket and connection in the car are unplugged and fuse still blows. Need serious help .

That is going to be a tough one the brake light circuit does not go to the front of the car, but the horn circuit does, check the white/green power lead to the horn(s), my guess is it is shorting to ground at some point. 94

Re: 95 integra gsr electrical problem need help asap
A quick update on my car , I bought the snap on short circuit finder tool and it apparently worked. The short was caused by a faulty sunroof switch which was causing a bad ground. My car sat in a repair shop for about a year and they couldn't find the problem but thank God I did . Thanks to all of you guys for the support as well.
