I swapped a 93 Si sohc vtec into my 92 EG VX. I used the Si motor, transmission, Si harness & Si ecu, I didnt change the car harness in anyway shape or form. Everything works & runs like it is supposed to but I have a CEL that pops on as soon as I start the car. Ive heard this happens alot when you do this type swap and it doesnt matter if everything is working like it should. Whats the deal??? Why does this happen??? I have not checked the codes yet and see what code or codes its throwing. In the mean time anyone have any ideas whats going on????????????????
