The car starts up fine, idles fine, diving down the street and it fills like the engine is holding back. Sometimes even studders, but once you hit 4000 rpm it let's go and runs good.

New plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Did a compression test all four good. Injectors all good.
I've checked timing it's good.
