91 integra wont turn iver tried new main relays two new batterys checked all fuses and grounds. battery is good. any ideas

 

Check for spark.

If you have spark, check for fuel injector pulse.

Else check engine timing, both electronic and mechanical.

What was done to the car prior to it not starting.

 

Explain "wont turn over"???

Does that mean engine cranks, "turns over", [starter motor works] but engine does not start.

Or do you mean starter motor does not work, [engine does not crank/turn over]?

If it is starter motor does not work....

check the ground to your starter. your solenoid on the could be bad or your starter unit could be frozen.
