Default '89 Civic Hatchback Fuel Cutoff Switch

A buddy of mine has an '89 Civic Hatchback that was hit in the rear bumper (slightly) and was told he needed to reset the fuel shutoff switch. Anyone ever heard of that before, and if so where is this "switch"? Believe it is going to be his - soon to be race car for 2002.

Ha!.. whoever told him that is an idiot, many domestic vehicles incorporate a fuel shut off switch, not on Honda's dude..

He is a Ford guy (some guys on this board know him...Jim - Yellow AS Mustang). I never heard of a Fuel Cutoff Switch...now this just reconfirms it. Thanks for the info.
