Default 4 or 5 point harnesses?

I am currently running 4 pt corbeau harnesses with my FX1 pro seats and am considering upgrading to the 3" 5 point harnesses... but im not sure if its necessary or not. My integra is used for drag racing and will be soon for autocrossing and am wondering if anyone has had both and which they prefer from a racing aspect, not whats nice for hardparking or comfortable for street. Thanks for any input, i had a hard time searching since the only word thats long enough to search is harnesses lol.

well, if you're drag racing, you'll need 5pts. 4pts arent legal. you need the crotch strap to pass tech. your best bet is to check out the NHRA rules now before you start buying stuff and realize its not legal or correct for your application.

Agreed consult the rule book for your auto-x class to find out what is acceptable to pass tech.

Thanks for the advice, ill have to look into it a little further. I have a DC4 (94 integra). Ive been looking for a used cage for awhile. New ones are upwards around 1k and thats not in my budget right now.
