Did you add fluid to the filler hole until it started to run back out?

How does it spill out? If it spills out at all it means there's too much.

And don't add Lucas!

was the car level when you filled it? I saw that you said it was on a weird angle. Car needs to be level to achieve the right amount

the car was level and i add somemore fluid today just to make sure i put enough but it still grinds i dont really knowwats going on the only thing i can think off is that the fluid is to not tick enough for my tranny....and the trany is a b16 if the matters at all....

Can you use synchromesh in a honda transmission? I always use the honda manual transmission fluid and with working in an oil change shop I was under the impression that synchromesh was for gm transfer cases and some gm manual transmissions. I would try out the honda manual transmission fluid and see if it helps
