3pin to 16 pin obd2
Ok so i got a 99th Honda HR-V with d16w1 and i don't have a 16th pin obd2.I only got the 3 pin and 2 pin connectors.Is the car odb1 or obd2 ?
The question is can i rewire my harness so i can have that 16pin connector or no ? I should probably check what kind of ecu i got aswell ?

The Data Link Connector is on the passenger side of the center console, close to the foot well.
OBD2 standard requires a DLC within a certain distance of the steering wheel. Under the dash on the driver side works for most, but they don't have to put it in that spot on every car.
