3" x 25.4mm/" = 76.2mm

Are you asking about O.D. or I.D.? Remember to take into consideration your wall thickness if you are looking to get I.D.

A 3" tube with a .12" wall has an I.D. of 70mm, but the O.D. is 76.2mm

Follow me?

Sounds like it is a 2.75" exhaust. Okay for Turbo.

Like everyone says:

The conversion factor for millimeters and inches is 25.4 (25.4 millimeters in 1 inch)

If you are running below 10psi you'll be fine on anything 2.5" or larger. A 3" Thermal is ungodly loud.
