Default 20MPG How to Improve suggestions Please

I currently drive a 99 honda accord LX auto. I am only getting 20-21.5 mpg. Most of the miles I drive are city and there are just over 70k miles on the car. Is there anything that I can do to improve the gas mileage. Like any additives. Please don't tell me about coasting and all that stuff cause I already tried all of it and got 22mpg at the most out of doing that. Out of a tank I usually get 300 miles or so. Looking to get about 350 as I see other people are getting that with the same model car.

some fuel injector cleaner from BG, they also make some other additives that work well. Discount gas could have something to do with bad mpg as well.

keep up on your tune ups, make sure you always have good tire pressure(proven that tire drag can effect your mileage substantially) and watch how much you use your a/c if you have it because that has also been proven that it can take 10-20 miles off your overall tank milage

its how you are driving which i can almost wonder certain things like where are you shifting at, do you idle at long lights, do you have a ton of stuff or people in your car, what is your tire pressure at, last oil change, lots of stuff but the biggest thing is changing your driving style.

the coasting and stuff is what really does work if you actually know what you are doing....if you know how to do it please tell us how you are doing it.
