Icon5 2006 Accord- Sometimes its cool, sometimes not

I have an 06 Accord V-6. The a/c fan will sometimes stop blowing. The a/c is on, the compressor is operating but the fan isn't blowing.
This has been a recurring problem this summer. My guess is I have a switch problem somewhere.

What should I be looking at and where do I find it?

Does the AC stay cold? Depending on operating conditions, it doesn't have to be on all the time. You may want to check/replace the relay in your engine bay fuse box.

Yes, the a/c stays cold. The fan doesn't stop working during operation, only when the car has been turned off and restarted later.

Well after restarting on my 02 civic, it typically takes up to 2 minutes for fans to operate again, especially if I'm driving and the condenser is getting airflow. If your AC is cold, it's working. Replace the relay for good measure I guess, but like I said before the AC system is a complicated one and it only runs fans when it needs to.

I don't run my a/c on auto. I run it on manual, the fan doesn't always blow. I was looking at the relays and couldn't tell which relay did what. Theres no legend to explain the symbols.

Here's the latest, I changed all the relays. I can turn the a/c fan on high and not get any air flow at all. I checked the fan on the radiator and it wasn't operating.
Is this a switch problem ?
