During "random" driving conditions, my 2010 Honda Element is making a tone that sounds as if it were coming from the center dash (see attachment for noise). This tone seems to only start when it is hot outside (something like 88F and higher) and when I am going at a speed between 50 mph and 70 mph. Several mechanics cannot identify it and I am hoping someone on here will know.
