Default 2005 Element need help

hello all, getting to the point, 2005 honda element no oil pressure is my issue. Now the back story is, it is my mom's car she burnt the #2 exhaust valve and I made the choice to fix it... broke the car down took the bottom head to get new valves, upper rocker assembly was reused. Put new timing chain set, new oil pump, new water pump, new belt tensioner and belt.... motor had +280k when the valve burnt-out... anyway after all this work and 💰 put into the car, it started with no issues, was able to drive for about 23 miles with no issues then no oil pressure and I can't figure it out. So far I have changed the oil because there was a lot of gas in the oil so I thought that was the problem, not sure why the gas was getting into the oil but the exhaust was loose at the manifold, so replaced the bolts with the springs to get a tighter seal.. anyway with a pressure gauge hooked up i have 0 oil pressure.. my brain is telling me it's the oil pump, the pick up tube is in place, I put a camera in the oil pan to check.. any ideas will be greatly helpful to me and thanks in advance
