2000 ITR Tranny Issue

2000 ITR Tranny Issue
My ITR just developed this issue last night after not having any tranny issues for 4 years... mind you, I hardly drive the thing.
First gear is very tuff to engage... sometimes its goes in no issues... sometimes... it just wont engage, it feels as if a piece of metal or a bar is preventing it from engaging.... even though, the clutch pedal is down to the floor board...
Any thoughts?
