Default 2000 integra type -r tranny problems

In my integra type -r in the morning leaving the garage in reverse, I will back up and the press in the clutch will in reverse to let it roll and the car will jerk almost like the clutch is sticking. I bought the car 2 months ago and I did not install the clutch, the guy before me said he had replaced it. Is it the clutch or the diff, or bearings or what is it. Its almost like something is loose inside the tranny like worn pressure plate, or loose flywheel. I will pull the tranny as soon as I get a new clutch, but in the mean time Ill need a little in put on what you guys think.
