Default d16 Clutch/tranny proplem proplem

Alrgiht guys im really getting ready to torch my car here, for the third time now i pulled off my tranny and rechecked everything only to put it back on, start her up and hear a Wood Pecker style slapping sound coming from my tranny/pressure plate area. I bought an ACT clutch and pressure plate w/ new throw out bearing. well anyhow long story short, i put the new clutch kit on when i blew up the original tranny(#1) replaced the clutch and whole works with a new tranny, well the new tranny (#2) ran Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww as hell so i pulled that off and put anther one on (#3) well now with tranny #3 installed its making a woody wood pecker sound that i cant explain unless i hold in the clutch pedal just right, Engaged it makes a noice/vibration and to the floor it does the same but in the middle theres like a Zen point where everything is calm. Which i am certainly not cause now i thinks ill have to pull this pos out for the fourth time. If someone can help me PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

I never took the flywheel off, and i torqed everything to 20 ft pounds like the manual said in the criss cross pattern, i checked all this b4 thinking it was the proplem but turns out its not, i dont know could it be a bad clutch/flywheel maybe???

check the cluctch fork... they tend to do that sometimes... maybe it's not installed properly or maybe it is bended... when installing the tranny never lift it grabbing the fork (the main error people are making)

Dah, im using a transmission jack and what not so thats not the proplem and i tried two different forks one known to be good is in there now, But i called up Act and there gonna replace the whole kit with a new one so hopefully that will do it, im also gonna try a differnt way of tighting the pressure plate bolts instead of the standard X pattern, But hopefully now the 4th time it will be all good. Wish me luck!!!

Proplem fixed. For what ever reason the head of the "Interlock Guide Bolt" was touching on the pressure plate. So i retorqed the thing, and then ground down the head a bit just to be on the safe side cause i dident much feel like ripping it out for the 5th time so its nice and smooth now and no more mini jack hammer noise.
