2000 DX Hatch --> SiR Harness
I have a 2000 Civic hatch. I've done the complete engine swap out of a wrecked 2000 SiR.
I resently started to swap over the power options (windows, locks, mirrors). I ran into a slight problem, and I can't figure it out.
The harnesses were all pretty much plug and play. I noticed that the main harness that plugs into the rear harness (connection made in rear fender drivers side) has 3 more wires coming out, that what is going in from the SiR harness. I narrowed this down to the rear wiper/washer. So I ran those 3 wires. One plugs into the back side of the fuse box. The other 2 go into a harness that connects under the front drivers side kick panel, right by the ABS harness. In the spot where my 2 green wires should go, there is blue/black and green/white wires. And a few other wires that are not in the stock DX harness. See pics below......

HELP! What are all these extra wires for? I've got a Honda shop service manual, but it doesn't tell me anything about this harness.
Thanks!
